In order to practice our mission “ Serve the Society, Benefit the People” better, Nanjing YMCA opened a small Family Shop( Second Hand Shop), to sell clothing, toys, shoes, books, articles of daily use and small household appliances, which are donated by the people with love and care from the society, and foreign trading companies( the clothing donated are brand new). After sorting out and sterilizing, these goods will be sold in low prices. And all the income will be used for the needed, such as the mentally handicapped daycare center, support the orphans in rural areas, and scholarship for the impoverished students.
