The most active volunteer, Randi, who is 73 years old now, an expert in educational psychology, however, her actions and thoughts are even quicker and more activated than someone at one’s 30s. After more than 10 hours flight continuously, we would like to arrange her one day for jet lag break, but she insisted not to rest, because she missed the children in Home of Grace so much, couldn’t wait a day. So she started to work next morning. During her 10 days inNanjing, she gave us some valuable and constructive suggestions on individual study cases and training for the teachers, and she also viewed and commented on our assessment criterion and case analysis. What’s more, she even attended on the social work exhibition meeting on behalf of Home of Grace, which brought us great confidence and attractions.
