From April 9^th to 14^th, more than150 full time co-workers from 14 Ys in 10 cities joined the first session of training class for the staff working at YMCAs and YWCAs organized by National ERB.  A group of 10 people from Nanjing Ys leading by president Li Enlin went toBeijingto attended the training.

The leaders from national ERB highly valued this training, deputy general director, Mr. Chen Zongrong presented himself at the first class after the opening ceremony, which made the trainees known more about the history and current situation of religious policy and work inChina. Qiu Zhonghui, general secretary from Amity Foundation gave a lecture of transparency in social welfare service, the operation of project. Guo Yuqiang, director from promotion department of Social Welfare and philanthropy of Ministry of Civil Affairs, made a speech of interpretation on policy about welfare and philanthropy inChina. Ren Hongyan, the section chief from Ministry of Foreign Affairs made a report about current international situation and the diplomacy work ofChina, which made the staff from Ys had a clear direction of our work toward foreign exchange. Fu Xianwei, elder from National TSPM gave a lecture about Three Selves Principles, from the angle of history to understand the source of start of three selves movement, and the deep impact from the former leaders of Ys during the movement.  Beside the brilliant lectures, all the participants engaged in group discussion, and topic workshops. The trainees shared experience together which made each one expand the vision and inspired new ideals to the work in the future.

We are grateful for the thoughtful arrangement and scientific design in class offered by National ERB, 6 days training, we gained a lot, which directs the light on our way and starts the new area in our service.
